Instructions for use:
1. Before using the product, check whether the product specifications meet the requirements. If the packaging is found to be damaged or opened, please do not use the product.
2. Open the package from the easy-to-tear mouth, remove the sampling tube and swab (if any), and place the swab on the area where the specimen needs to be collected and gently wipe it for more than 20 seconds.
3. Place the sampled swab (if any) in a sampling tube filled with culture medium, gently break off the swab at the groove mark on the rod, and immerse the end of the swab (if any) in the collection head. In the sampling tube containing the culture fluid, tighten the cap and save the specimen for subsequent detection and analysis.
Storage and transportation:
• The product is stored in a dark, dry and cool environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
• Don't bump during transportation to prevent the sampling tube from rupturing; don't squeeze to prevent deformation of the sampling tube.

Usage:
1. According to the sampling requirements, swabs are used to collect samples.
2. Place the swab after sample collection into a sterile sampling tube.
3. Break the swab at the easily broken cut point of the swab rod and discard the tail.
4. Tighten the cover of sterile sampling tube.
5. Label the information as required on the label of the sterile sampling tube.
6. Specimens should be transported to the corresponding influenza monitoring network laboratory within 2 working days after collection, and the storage temperature should be 2-8ºC;If the samples cannot be sent to the laboratory within 48 hours, they should be stored at -70ºC or below, and the collected samples should be sent to the corresponding network laboratory within 1 week.Repeated freeze-thaw of specimens should be avoided.
7. Specific sampling methods can be referred to the following:
1) pharyngeal swab specimen: with special sampling swab, wipe the posterior pharyngeal wall and tonsils on both sides with moderate force, avoid touching the tongue;Quickly dip the swab head into the sample solution, break the swab at the breakable point of the sample swab rod, and discard the tail.(applicable to product sampling)
2) nasal swab specimen: with a special sample swab, insert the swab head gently into the nasal palate in the nasal canal, stop for a moment, and then slowly rotate to exit;Quickly dip the swab head into the sample solution, break the swab at the breakable point of the sample swab rod, and discard the tail.(applicable to product sampling)
