In case of known or new risk on a patient, suggests the use of an additional colour coded wristband with the kind of risk printed text:
RED=Allergy
Red means stop. Caregivers will be alerted to stop and check medical record to see if the patient is allergic to the medication, food or treatment.
YELLOW=Fall risk
